At PINCH, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer an easy 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
